We are seeking an experienced Manager Processing to lead the safe, efficient and cost‑effective operation of our processing facility at Tuckabianna, Cue Gold Operations. Reporting to the General Manager, this senior site‑based role is critical to achieving production targets while developing strong, capable teams.

This position is offered on an 8 days on / 6 days off (8/6) roster, providing a balance between operational leadership and lifestyle.

About the Role

As Manager Processing, you will have full responsibility for the day‑to‑day performance of the processing operation, ensuring safety, reliability, cost control and compliance across all areas. Working closely with Mining, Maintenance and Technical teams, you will drive continuous improvement and deliver production outcomes aligned with site objectives.



Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading processing operations with strong visible safety leadership
  • Driving production performance, cost management and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coaching, mentoring and developing supervisors and operators
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory, environmental and company standards
  • Partnering with cross‑functional teams to optimise site performance

About You

You are a proven processing leader with strong technical capability and a collaborative leadership style. You are comfortable working in a site‑based environment and have experience balancing safety, people leadership and production performance.

You will ideally bring:

  • Tertiary qualification in Metallurgy or a related discipline
  • Extensive experience in gold processing operations
  • Demonstrated safety leadership and commitment to strong WHS culture
  • Experience managing budgets, operating plans and performance metrics
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Current C Class Driver’s Licence and National Police Clearance
